If you can't view a VMdirect or HelloWorld video, you may need to update your system
(after all, this is some pretty new technology). Yes, there's a little effort required, but 
this will enhance all of your other Internet activity as well. Following are a few recommendations:

First let's make sure your computer is capable. Try this.... Test. If you passed, please read on....

*The most common fixes are shown in RED

• Turn OFF Pop-Up blockers
• Make sure you have all of the most recent Windows updates
• Microsoft products such as Windows XP, Internet Explorer and
  Windows Media Player are recommended for best results (We don't recommend Internet Explorer 7. Version 6 is more stable)
• NOTE: I am running VISTA and Internet Explorer 7 as a test platform. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Seems fine.

The following updates should also be installed:

• Adobe Flash Player (Version 9) Download Here
• Java Runtime (Version 5.0 Update 6) Download Now
• .Net Framework   Download 2.0

It's usually a good idea to clean up Internet Explorer. Select "Tools", then "Internet Options", you can then delete "temporary internet files" & "cookies". Many websites leave these on your computer for various reasons.

One other thing... You may see a message bar at the top of Internet Explorer asking if you want to install Razorstream or active-x. Tell it ok. These are the controls that allow the streaming video to play on your computer.
