If you can't view a VMdirect or HelloWorld video, you may need to update your system
(after all, this is some pretty new technology). Yes, there's a little effort required, but
this will enhance all of your other Internet activity as well. Following are a few recommendations:

It's usually a good idea to clean up Internet Explorer. Select "Tools", then "Internet Options", you can then delete "temporary internet files" & "cookies". Many websites leave these on your computer for various reasons.
One other thing... You may see a message bar at the top of Internet Explorer asking if you want to install Razorstream or active-x. Tell it ok. These are the controls that allow the streaming video to play on your computer.
